Episode XVIII. This weeks artist spotlight is a local talent from Chino Hills and Inglewood, CA native, Madd Doc aka The D.O.C. "On Call" mixtape was recorded back in 2008, but was not released until July 2009 due to his involvement in live "Twin Towers" performances and work on other music projects with 92 Fam, The District. This is the true essense of hip-hop. Just when you think Hip-Hop died back in the 90s following the death of hip hop legends, Biggie and Topac with no chance of resurrection. with good lyrics and good ol'fashion hard hittin beats that make you want to grove and invest in a good hard hit'n system for your ride (Car drive by wit a boomin' system). I'm not even kidding. lol
